Sunday Morning

July 10, 2009 9:09 PM

When Lou Reed becomes a Televangelist, God help us all.

Having recorded two wildly different versions of our assigned track on the first day of the challenge, we decided to just go ahead and do the whole damn thing. We've finished 6 of the 11 tracks, in sessions Wednesday and tonight, and expect the remaining 5 to be fully shat out tomorrow.

Side note: This really effing hurt my voice. Totally worth it.

Instrumentation:

Timbill - Preacher
Tréteque - Synth Organ, gospel hype man

Man, I watch Sunday morning preachers on TV sometimes, just to hear those emphatic vocalizations. AMEN...AHHH.

(you guys should play this backwards and see what you find...I bet it'll be skeery!)

I just did, and it turned out to be Venus In Furs. That's weird.
