Ha Ha Ha

Fun break up song about relationship revenge. As usual, the track is all original with me wearing all the hats. The synths are from my Fantom X, guitar sounds processed through POD Farm 2, and the drums are a combo of Fleetwood Total Drumming onshots and 909 samples in GURU.

Lyrics: Payback is sweetest when love is involved / when your ex crawls right back, you serve it up cold / so when you text me, trying to heat up / I just turn you away, laughing at you as I smile and say / I don't love you, baby / I don't want you by my side / I don't need you, baby / I'm just talking straight outright / so when you call me and I don't answer / it's not that I'm not there, or I don't remember / 'cause if you want me, well, just forget it / I am sitting at home, laughing at you redial my phone / I don't love you, baby / I don't want you by my side / I don't need you, baby / I'm just talking straight outright / ain't nothing wrong with that / All that you wanted, I always had it / but you left to sleep with the whole world to find it / I trashed your email to send a message / our positions have switched / laughing at you ain't Karma a bitch? / I don't love you, baby / I don't want you by my side / I don't need you, baby / I'm just talking straight outright / ain't nothing wrong with that

Those are some nice synth sounds, and the "ha ha ha" refrain is really catchy.

Tempo feels a little measured to me, personally -- how's it sound it you speed it up?

The lyrics remind me a bit of Smile by Lily Allen (that's a compliment, cause that's my favourite break-up song ever). Cool tune! :)
