Cordimitic

An electronica track (possibly describable as “techno”) I created in one day for the 20th Project. It starts with a kick/hi-hat (and later a snare) as well as synth bass and lead lines; the track itself is in 7/4 time.

It was made using Ableton Live, and a number of softsynths (Analog, Massive, Tassman, Absynth and Phoscyon), along with a configurable random arpeggiator I wrote in Max for Live. The title is courtesy of Power Vocab Tweet.

Woo I feel so cool, I did an arm thrust right one the beat as the first synth track came in without counting! (alone in home office ;) Nice and hypnotic but the off beat tick was a bit annoying near the end.

just surfing the techno tag - this is aces. sounds like something rephlex might have put out!
