White Light Music Night

We finally got around to re-recording White Light Music Night. The original version is here.

Proper vocals at last! This was recorded, together with three other songs, by Andy Ramsay at Press Play Studio in London. Huge thanks to him for the transformation. There's a host of other Sredni Vashtar sounds on our soundcloud.

Whoa, great update. Much more polished and punchy. I'm hearing some nasty digital overload distortion in the right channel, though; is that intentional? Maybe it's just my iPad. I'll check on another device.

Nope, hearing it on my desktop as well.

Thanks - the distortion is meant to be there, although I agree it is perhaps a bit too harsh. The guitar was recorded fairly quickly, with sounds that weren't tweaked at all from my live rig - not ideal unfortunately.

It's particularly unpleasant through the iPad earbuds, not as noticeable through speakers. It doesn't really detract from the song, however; sorry for the nitpicking ;)
