Part three of the serial instrumental, Creature Of Habit.
When running or jogging at a steady pace, breathing also picks up a cadence. I've always wanted to try that as the basis for a rhythm (it's been done, but I still wanted to try it*). Our protagonist, having been Seduced by and suffering a tic-like Attachment to [fill in the blank] is now unwittingly running inside a metaphorical hamster wheel, so I can't imagine a more fitting time to try out this idea. Breathing loop courtesy freesound.org and other strange sounds are from the curious Swamp XT virtual synth by HG Fortune.
