Time

It's been a while but I'm back with an evolving sound (and a changing voice). My new "official" single, "Time," is a midtempo, mysterious, moody alternative rock song with rich vocals.

Released under my name "MK Ellison" everywhere you usually find digital music (Spotify, iTunes, SoundCloud, Pandora, etc.)

This is an exciting time for me because I have been taking testosterone for about 6 months and at 33 my voice is changing (causing some vocal difficulties but overall a happy thing--dudes please tell me the cracking ends somewhat soon though!)

Congrats on the new single! I like the layering of the different instruments/voices, and the tambourine (I think) showing up in the second half. "Don't get stuck on yesterday" is something I definitely need to hear more often.

Your music on music.mefi has been excellent all the while, each new song showing amazing growth and reaching new levels artistically, but this one really sets a new, stunning bar. Thank you for continuing to share your art and soul here.
