This is off of the RPM Challenge album I sent in yesterday. It takes its title and a bit of its chorus from a Metafilter comment. Per snsranch's request, it includes more of me singing (or at least trying to).

Oh, great, blame ME! Just kidding. We might be alike on the voice thing. When I hear myself it sounds like complete crap and I hate it. It might be a weird self perception thing, because you sound really good here. Keep it up! Good song too btw.

First off I'd like to say that Network is one of my all-time bestest favoritest movies (so shockingly prophetic a vision to come out of the year 1976!), so any song that references it already has a fighting chance with me. Nextly, I'd like to say that the rhythmo-cognitive tension setup by the way the slightly shuffly line sits uneasily against the straight-up drum part is a fine thing. A fine thing.
