Baidom (Lieutenant Walt Mix)
A collaboration between myself and my old friend Walt Fleming (either formerly or currently the keyboardist of Calgary Pirate-Metal band Verbal Deception). Original MIDI composed by me & sent to Walt, who assigned synth sounds and somehow found the perfect formula of riffs, beeps & boops to layer on top. An artifact from our high-school days when we had a side project together called the Math Rangers. Walt was one of those strange, crazy, self-taught musical geniuses whose work inexplicably ends up dwelling in obscurity. I thought that this track, at the very least, should be heard.
Happy Birthday William
William is 4 years old and a big fan of synthy dance-pop. His parents are so cool that they commissioned a song for his birthday today! Happy birthday William! Let's count to 4! [more inside]

So zany presentation system I wrote is getting documentation so I'm writing a soundtrack, in remembrance of _why of course. [more inside]

Midnight Harbour Dance
Victoria, BC's inner harbour is the perfect place to go after-hours on a clear night, put on headphones, and dance your face off by the water. Here's a song in honor of silly summer times. [more inside]

The Clapping Song
For some reason, I love songs with any kind of organic sounds in them (e.g. clapping, snapping, whistling, etc.). So I made this song in about 20 mins to demonstrate my love for claps. [more inside]
Getting loopy (harmony arps)
I don't usually use GarageBand but here is a quick experiment using this program to create silly loops. Harmonized arpeggiators.
Neon Night Drive
Life can be more like a video game if you take everyday scenarios and add a silly soundtrack (SYTL)
The Electronic Reverie of Admiral Arpeggio
Admiral Arpeggio commands the U.S.S. Totes McGotes, a synth-powered vessel whose arpeggiated journeys through the sawtooth seas of the digital wonderland are well-documented.
The Nuge
Aka 21 Nugent St., AKA this deadly house in Thunder Bay where we have righteous disco-ball dance parties and bluegrass jams, and where I've been crashing the last few weeks. It's been a treat.

I was alone. It was late at night. March was approaching its end and I had to sing a song about the multiplication table. I had no lyrics. I recorded some guitars and then pressed record on the vocals to see what would happen. [more inside]

L'echarpe perdu
One of the sillier songs from my album "Bless Your Heart", remixed by Daren Callow (uploaded with permission). [more inside]
Chris Boyer
An OK local radio station is having a contest for "Jingles" about specific characters on their show. "Chris Boyer" races cars, wears Hawaiian print shirts and is Homophobic. This is my submission.
You Stole My Heart
Here's a little thing I whipped up in a couple of hours one night earlier this week. Given the amount of time I spent on it, I think it turned out pretty well, despite my voice. The chorus was stolen from another song I was (am?) writing which is based loosely on an episode of Doctor Who. The rest of the lyrics were written in about 15 minutes. I never got around to the bass, and I lost the final drum song program I put in when I stupidly yanked the SD card out too quick, but I doubt I'll ever get to putting these in, so here it is.
Outta My Way
One of my first attempts with GarageBand. "Outta My Way" is the title song of what I envisioned would be an "album" chronicling my decision to move from Washington, DC to rural Vermont. This particular song was intended to be about my work day.
"Air" from Water Music Suite in F Major (HWV 348)
A quick, amateur GarageBand recording I made a couple years ago to amuse some friends. Punk-rock Handel with power chords and electric guitars! (Upload inspired by this and this.)
Saw that Wood
Fun little remix I made with DoggieBox for OS X, based on files from this thread about 1940's sex education reels.
