Mournful sludge/doom/noise rock. This is the first heavy tune I've composed in quite a few years, and I suppose it's my attempt to rationalize the current state of world affairs through a Neurosis-esque filter.
Continue to vent my frustrations of daily life through hard rocking guitar for now... [more inside]
Not my usual Genre but this fit my mood tonight. Just heavy guitar rock instrumental at heart...
I had the day off. I heard the previous song. I started singing it my head like this. I had to share. I am still in my jammas. I am a recalcitrant dog misidentifier, but I'm better known for considering all animals and some human babies gender-neutral.
I was feeling another bunch of unsettled feelings so I thought I better do another discordant, frustration-venting song. [more inside]
I was in a very heavy mood the night before last so I decided to write a heavy song. I don't think I've tried to write something quite like this before. [more inside]
This is a song from my band Blackwolf Beach. We are from Baltimore, MD. I think we sound like punk/melodic hardcore/noisey stuff. There are two other mefites in this band! Josher71 plays guitar and sings sometimes, and petulantbeard plays drums and sings sometimes. I play guitar and sing sometimes. [more inside]
90's style screamo/emotional hardcore inspired by Isaac Asimov's Nightfall
A claustrophobic, fast bus ride through the hills of San Francisco. Please hold on. [more inside]
A a bit of weird hardcore and breaks.
This was my favorite song during my time with Suneral. [more inside]
"The tribes of war are rising again, they're brutal and raw and lying the same" That's my favorite line of this song. Warning: turn your volume down it's quite loud ;) The song was recorded in one day and mixed on the next along with 2 others for the band's first demo Cold Day Waltz. [more inside]
Another song from my old band, this one mixes balladry with a hardcore influence. Noteworthy because it's one of the few songs I named (after a misremembered Radio Shack game from the 80s that I never actually played).
3 song medley I remastered from my old band 10-96's seminal release "No Retreat...." I ripped it off of vinyl and transferred it into Pro Logic and then into mp3..... Opinions welcome! (About the sound quality, that is.... I am looking to burn copies of the whole album to send to some labels for re-rerelease)......
