Let's Sneak Off

Polygamy (or more accurately - group marriage) gone awry.
I love most of the HBO shows. Curb Your Enthusiasm especially. But we also watch Big Love the show about the non-Mormon modern day polygamists living in Utah. It’s so stressful. This song explores the practical considerations when polygamy gets out of control. Two wives? Why stop there? Why not multiple husbands? etc. It starts out with multiple spouses being a convenience, but things get confusing after awhile. You get the idea.

Hahahah, that's basically all I have to say. The "what do you mean what do I mean?" part is great, and I agree about the awesome Boston-esque chorus.

Wow, that chorus is, in fact, really great. Hey, horn hits!
This reminds me of Gordon-era Barenaked Ladies, or maybe Jonathan Coulton.

This is fun. You'll rarely hear me comment on lyrics (because I don't generally pay them much mind), but I dig the exploration of the mundane complications. And yeah, that chorus is just fantastic. The horn hits in the last one are a little too frantic for my taste, but I dig em anyhow. Rockin.

Funny stuff, needless to say, and quite well arranged. Those are some killer backing vocals in the chorus -- reminds me of Boston or some such.
