Jazz Trio Improv #1
I recently did a fairly significant overhaul to my recording setup - trying out the new rig with a jazz trio type format with an improvised double bass part which I mic'd and DI'd the pickup & blended the two together. Stereo piano is from the Roland DP-90 and the drums are the factory brushes kit from the DP-90 also.
Piano Jam 2020
Piano improvisation based on the initial riff that eventually goes into a groove section which I loop and add bass/drums. And then there is an outtro part after the groove with a cheeky solo on the fretless bass.
GAIA jam
Featuring Carlos Najar on guitar and your homeboy carrotadventure on synths and drum machine.
In this upbeat improv jam I am playing the Roland GAIA synth for chords and the Korg Monologue for bass. Also operating the Roland TR-8 for beats.
