Wow, that cello's really nice.

This sounds amazing. Great job on the recording (I'm assuming that you recorded it). So glad to see your name here again.

Hey. It's very interesting to hear the transition from demo to album version. I always thought your demos were pretty well done and I was curious to see what were you going to do to the songs.
Now that I heard them both I still think the demo is a great demo and this new version was a nice surprise. Tell me, all those new arrangements, did you have them in your head from the beginning or did you came up with them having more time/resources in the studio?

Well, most of the material was there in the demos. The guitar and vocal parts were at times a little bit spontaneous, taking shape during tracking and sometimes during mixing - a luxury I had since I did all the guitars, male vocals, and mixing.
But I did all of the arranging of the session players' parts before we began recording. I sat down at the piano, decided what instruments I wanted for each song, and wrote everything out. Very little changed during tracking for those parts.
Anyway, I'm glad you dug it. I'm excited to release the rest.

Beautiful! Thanks for sharing both the demo and the album version, it's very interesting to see the evolution. I liked the tuba, almost better than the cello...
