The Bridges of Amsterdam (Original Soundtrack)
Vibtone
A chill beat made with the op-1. [more inside]
Thicket
bit of rap beat I made this morning
Nostalgia
This one has maybe the most tracks of any song I've ever made. [more inside]
10 Seconds of Static
Bridge to Nowhere
You can feel the beat rising, incrementally, step by step. Melody, chorus, melody, chorus... The air clears. It's that part in the song that builds and builds to it's highest point and then [more inside]
Choke a Moff (Taylor Swift parody)
I apologize to basically everyone. [more inside]
B Reel
I thought it fitting that my first Mefi Music post should be something I've never done before and is pretty well outside my usual realm of experience, so tada! This is a beat I made for a friend, but things fell through and now it's a lost soul. [more inside]
Dancing Alone
Late night drinking and making music. It's not so much dancing as it is thrashing around and breaking things, but to each his own. [more inside]
Carry On
Felt the need to make some beats while pulling an all nighter for work on Wednesday.
Animals
Animals is the first song on an album I've been working on for awhile and have finally got out there on the inter-webs.
No Longer Lonely
So orville sash posted this beat on MeFi about a year ago but he is no longer on the site. So I decided to rap over the beat and this is the outcome. Off my latest mixtape, HeartBeatz II: Warm Embrace [more inside]
Hitchin'
Very experimental electronic multi-genre bipolar worldbeat or something. [more inside]
GeekyLoop
I made this a while ago...it's a simple loop with beats and "chords" created from Mac system sounds (pre-OSX). It would be awesome if someone did something with it.
3753 cruithne
Continuing with my beat-oriented theme of late. Autechre-like, but they're still 1,000 times better than I am. This one's noisy and glitchy, just the way I like it.
Afternoon ditty
Sloppy simplistic cheerful beat from way back, with some recycled sounds (2:06).
Lacksidaisical Paramour
A currently-instrumental hip hop beat in progress. I've been trying to remix this song for a long time, and this is the best I've managed to come up with so far. [more inside]
Quasar
I've just discovered Buzz. I had heard of it before, but never tried it; I moved straight from traditional trackers to Fruity Loops / Audiomulch. But now I think I'm hooked, and this is my first effort in it, a bleepy little beat.
Gas Giant
Some light-stepping chilled out beats, inspired by the Portishead mix linked by isopraxis, and sampling a bar or two of Holst's "Jupiter".
Brandywell
Black Horse and the Tambourine
Beck's "Black Tambourine" vs KT Tunstall's "Black Horse and the Cherry Tree." A MeFi exclusive! [more inside]

Piano piano piano
I think this is a pretty fun riff/song. Using a piano, loop pedal, and recording on my laptop
Critique the hell out of it, as usual. (And, yes, I'm technically no pianist.)
Any suggestions about how to 'flesh it out' would be welcome, too!
Ein Nichtnicht
A track built upon Oswaldian traditions, cutting up German minimalist electronic samples with a bit of piano from the Romantic era.
Chopped Nocturne
CN is a happy experiment. Nothing more.
Ochre
melty mono synth on the 1:43 / crunchy manganese beats on the rusty flip
Chunky Ohming
A chunkier, clunkier version of Ohming with a coolcat intro thrown in, just for laughs. Hey, why not?
Zbeat 2
Reprising the first version of this track, with a bit more zip at the end...
Zbeat
Quiet beats, with details hidden underneath blankets of filters
Take it Down
Remember MODs? Trackers? I still like to compose in them sometimes - it can be fun to work within the constraints of the format, and see how much music you can fit in a tiny file. The source file for this glitchy track comes in at 58k.
Worse Than Pop - Cell You a Beat for a Nickel
(4:12) In our quest to bring you the lowest in lo-fidelity recordings, this track was recorded over a cell phone, originally for livejournal. Just for fun, I've converted it from a low bitrate .ogg to a low bitrate .mp3. It's not easy on the ears, but then, that's not what Worse Than Pop is about.
This is a little closer to my true sound, though it's not really a full-fledged beatbox. It'll have to do for now. Entirely improvised, just some random beats, and yes, a few slipups (they're meant to be endearing). Hopefully, this will inspire better efforts in the genre to be uploaded to HiFi.

Champagne Jam (Part 2) - Audiosports
This track is part 2 of a 23 minute mega mash up with a steady beat and some obscure samples. When I played this set live, I was happy to see people breakin' to it. Cool! http://www.albertoforero.com
