All On You
You might remember me from Kristy London and the Other Halves. This is my new project Ran/Run. A blend of electronics, atmospherics and melody.
Omega Sunsets
This comes from the archives (dating back to 1999 or thereabouts), the heavily edited highlights of a long and extremely abstract jam. I produced it and I'm pretty sure I blew into some kind of flute like instrument at some point or other. Apparently there's versions of it floating around out there credited to both LSD49 and Slow Fallout.
Welcome Coma
Chiptune melodies falling into a mess of ambience, noise and everything in between. [more inside]
Et ne oblirate as
An old lo-fi loopy ambient motif.
Melancholy piece for abbreviated piano

Some Time To Myself
A laid back, semi-ambient number. Been told it's great for rainy days. I'd love to know what you think.

A Gameboy tribute to Charlottesville. [more inside]

Some light-stepping chilled out beats, inspired by the Portishead mix linked by isopraxis, and sampling a bar or two of Holst's "Jupiter".

My take on mid 70s Michael Stearns from Planetary Unfolding, with a dash of Kubrick ala 2001. It's dark, brooding space music. [more inside]

Watching too many movies lately. More here.

No mere mortal can resist \ The evil of the thriller

An ambient ditty I made awhile back. Please clear your mind of any dirty thoughts the title may provoke.
Cold Front
Music for unseasonable weather.
Reaching Further
An ambient guitar/bass/string jam. None of this is real.
I didn't really live through the Eighties, but I'm pretty sure this it what it might have sounded like.
Warning: Song is epic long. It's got some variety to it, though.

La Cafétaria
Spacey interlude.
Gawler Line
My old daily journey in the rain; some twisted ambience.
Neuexperiment
Two fragile unrelated mini-melodies collide in a random reichian-tape-delay fight, battle it out in marred reverb, compression and unending echo chambers, get twisted and stretched to break a few bones in the last round and finally lay to rest on the ground forever after expiring. Recorded with les moyens du bord, I suggest you initally turn down the volume by 20%.
Da House
An ambient little melodic house number.
Sundown
Ambient guitar. More here.
They Slither, So There
Squeezed in on the last day of the challenge, this is a modern snake charming piece. It's ambient/experimental/electronic. Complete with rattlesnake sample.
Transport Sec
Three minutes ten seconds
Some guitar-based ambient music with little digital plinks and plonks
glass spiders
In a cave, several hundred feet underground, a mysterious glow can be seen in the distance. Beyond the dark corridors, a strange music fade in as you're getting close. The spiders are here, tall as houses, moving gracefully, feeding their babies, chanting soft lullabies under the crystal dome of a large chamber. One of them approaches and weaves shining threads of sound. You're not really frightened. Actually you feel rather comfortable as you're listening to the friendly speech. Going back ?
Crystals
It was 1999, I'd just graduated from trackers to fruityloops, and I was listening to a LOT of Warp and Boards Of Canada, and I made this. It's still my favourite, despite being the first tune I ever completed. Tsk.
mobile
like the ones which hang from the ceiling and slowly revolve.
vamp
hi,
here's the sequel to my previous post, lo-fi vamp. During a jam with a friend, I unearthed the two chords vamp from my memory and we noodled a little bit around it. He recorded my rhythm guitar part and a solo, and said he could be working on it in order to add something more orchestral to these basic tracks. Well, he's got craft but my vamp now sounds like a soft porn movie soundtrack to my ears.
